Education & Experience

AMES FOUNDATION LETTER

  • Dear Friends,

My dad, Dick Ames, had a strong love for horses in general and in particular, the Percheron Draft and Arabian horse. He loved them very much. He was very active in breeding and training both, and was always eager to pass his knowledge on to others. He knew it was very important to bring in new blood by educating them right and giving them the tools they needed to succeed.

It is with this in mind, that the Ames Family wishes to continue his legacy of education.

Thank you to all of the farms and individuals who have dedicated their time to this cause. We wanted this fundraiser to be different from any other. It is about bringing people together at the very locations of breeding and training success, to educate and share first-hand knowledge on what it takes to run such a business.

All lucky buyers receive 2-3 days of exclusive knowledge from their farm of choice. Pick their brain and learn as much as you can!

Knowledge is power and growth. Sharing that knowledge makes our breed stronger and our future brighter. Just as it did for my father, this too should bring a smile to everyone's face.

    Good luck!
    Lara

*Buyer is responsible for their travel and food to each location.

All proceeds benefit the Arabian Horse Promotional Fund and Arabian Horsemen's Distress Fund.
